Another significant acquisition the company made is Flagship Europe. The company also acquired a former Tyson Food plant in Chicago which was in the verge of closure.

In 2016, OSI Food Solutions UK was awarded Globe of Honour Award for 2016 by the British Safety Council for its abilities in managing environmental risks.
